About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at FT Locations, a specialist division of the Financial Times Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in business development to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the FinTech industry. As a Remote Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for owning a defined US market territory, building pipelines, and closing deals through consistent engagement with clients.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our location intelligence subscription software and advisory solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote FT Locations and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with location intelligence or data analytics solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
