What You'll Do

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need for transitioning to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and how it can transform their operations.
• Collaborate with a team of experts passionate about pushing boundaries in AI and cloud technologies.
• Develop advanced AI-powered bots and streamline business operations using the latest generative AI technologies.
• Drive innovation at scale by leveraging your expertise in AWS architecture.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our AI solutions and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AWS Technical Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and AI technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage customers.
• Ability to conduct technology assessments and audits effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative AI technologies and their application in business.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
• Certifications in AWS or Salesforce.
