Remote Audit Partner Quality Control - Senior Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Audit Partner Quality Control to join BPM LLP, where caring and community are at the heart of our operations. As a senior leader within BPM’s Assurance practice, you will provide strategic oversight of the firm’s audit quality management system and champion a culture of audit excellence. This Remote Audit Partner Quality Control role offers the opportunity to influence audit methodology and guide the development of future leaders.

What You'll Do

• Provide firmwide leadership over quality management in accordance with PCAOB, AICPA, and international standards.
• Oversee quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with APLR for the firm’s international operations.
• Lead quality control teams performing internal inspection processes, including pre-issuance and post-issuance reviews.
• Evaluate audit execution quality and recommend corrective actions to enhance audit quality.
• Serve as a key liaison for external regulatory inspections, preparing and coordinating responses to findings.
• Mentor and develop assurance team members related to audit quality.

Requirements

• CPA license required; advanced credentials or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 12–15+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Prior experience in audit quality control or regulatory review roles.
• Deep knowledge of PCAOB and AICPA standards.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior partners.
