About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Associate Clinical Director - Oncology to join our dedicated team at Private Health Management (PHM). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting patients with serious and complex medical conditions, ensuring they receive the best possible medical care. As an Associate Clinical Director, you will lead the charge in challenging the status quo and going beyond standard care to achieve optimal health outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Build strong client relationships by serving as the trusted guiding hand through their healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators to uncover opportunities for improving client care.
• Utilize your clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and engage with top experts in the field.
• Guide patients to optimized care plans, exploring specialized diagnostics to define underlying mechanisms and treatment options.
• Facilitate access to personalized care and attention, breaking through barriers in the healthcare system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in oncology.
• Strong understanding of complex medical conditions and advanced treatment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and navigating the healthcare landscape.
