About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Associate Client Partner to join our innovative team at #paid. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our mission to empower creators and connect them with iconic brands like McDonald's, Samsung, and Disney. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various outreach methods, including networking and email campaigns.
• Assist senior sales representatives by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring timely communication throughout the sales process.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and client interactions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of our products.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in influencer/creator marketing.
• A motivated and ambitious mindset, eager to learn and grow.
• Strong relationship-building skills, both online and in-person.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
• Process-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in media sales, publishing, or social platform sales.
• Familiarity with the creator ecosystem and digital marketing strategies.
