What You'll Do
- Profile Management: Ensure all Interview Kickstart social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) are up-to-date with the latest information, branding, and relevant content.
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Execute the social media content calendar, scheduling and publishing daily posts, stories, and other content formats across all designated platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain social media dashboards, meticulously track key metrics, analyze performance data, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging social media campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our strategies and outreach.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Interview Kickstart's values and mission in all social media interactions, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the EdTech industry or a passion for education.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
