About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Remote Advanced MSK Physiotherapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the UK, allowing you to provide essential care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. As a Remote Advanced MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultations and treatments to clients, helping them manage their conditions effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct digital consultations and treatments for patients with various MSK issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to help clients manage their musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Deliver excellent standards of telephone and video assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's needs.
  • Carry out 30-minute appointments, providing diagnosis, prescription of self-management techniques, and onward referrals as necessary.
  • Manage customer pathways to deliver the most appropriate clinical outcomes.
  • Offer remote guidance on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques.
  • Address patient questions, concerns, and progress updates through ongoing support and motivation.
  • Stay current with advancements in MSK physiotherapy practice and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • MSc postgraduate qualification in MSK Physiotherapy or University accredited Post Graduate modules in MSK/Advanced Practice.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • 5 years of postgraduate experience in MSK, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Experience working in the NHS as an MSK Advanced Physiotherapist.
  • Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests and proficient in using telehealth platforms.
  • Experience conducting remote consultations and delivering virtual care is preferred.

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.

  • Additional certifications in physiotherapy specialties.
