About the Role

We invite you to bring your experience and passion for the infrastructure industry to become an integral part of Esri's Infrastructure account team as a Remote Account Manager. In this role, you will apply your understanding of geospatial technology to help our customers in the utilities, telecom, and rail sectors. As a Remote Account Manager, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to optimize and expand the adoption of Esri technology, identify new growth areas, and deliver expertise that supports our customers' missions.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
  • Prospect, develop, and implement location strategies tailored for utilities, telecom, and rail sectors.
  • Create new opportunities within high-level accounts and deepen existing relationships.
  • Participate in and present at trade shows, workshops, and seminars to showcase Esri's solutions.
  • Demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications.
  • Identify key business drivers within organizations and gain access to executive decision-makers.
  • Understand complex customer budgeting and acquisition processes.
  • Articulate the strengths and value of Esri's technology to customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with large organizations in the utilities, telecom, or rail industries.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
