About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Account Manager to join Orennia, a leader in energy transition analytics. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients navigate the complexities of capital allocation in the renewable energy sector. As a Remote Account Manager, you will engage with clients across Texas, New York, California, and Chicago, providing them with insights and support to maximize their investments in solar, wind, and other clean energy technologies.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to clients based on Orennia's platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess progress and identify new opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant information.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the energy or analytics sector.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
