About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Product Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product management activities across various regions, ensuring that our hospitality technology solutions meet the needs of our clients. As a Regional Product Manager - Remote, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market trends.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product management process for our hospitality technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, informing product development.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to inform future product decisions.
  • Facilitate training and support for internal teams and clients on product features and benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure successful implementation and support of our solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with B2B SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality management software is a plus.
