About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Health and Wellness Specialist - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the health and wellness of our residents across various locations. You will work remotely, allowing you to manage your time effectively while making a significant impact on the lives of others.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of residents.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the health status of residents and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in health and wellness, preferably in a senior housing or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards.
  • Experience with program management and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for improving the health and wellness of others.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Point Click Care or similar healthcare management software.
  • Background in nursing or healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with mental health and psychosocial safety practices.
