Referral & Ambassador Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are looking for a Referral & Ambassador Manager to grow GoMining’s referral ecosystem through ambassadors, communities, bloggers, and influencers. This remote Referral & Ambassador Manager position is crucial in attracting active referrers, helping them launch successfully, and scaling their contributions to revenue.
What You'll Do
- Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program.
- Engage with crypto communities across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and others.
- Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics.
- Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases.
- Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels.
- Collect feedback from both active and inactive partners to improve the referral program.
- Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (experience with Monday CRM is a strong plus).
- Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.
Requirements
- Experience in referral programs, ambassador programs, partnerships, community management, or sales.
- Hands-on experience working with bloggers, influencers, or online communities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Monday CRM is a plus).
- Good understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and digital communication tools.
- Interest in crypto/web3 and willingness to learn the product (deep expertise is not required).
- English level B2 or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies.
