About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for direct outreach to source both passive and active candidates.
  • Perform search functions including database mining and job board searches to identify potential candidates.
  • Research and target new talent sourcing channels to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Act as an ambassador for Miratech, promoting our brand and enhancing awareness within the talent community.
  • Maintain and track sourced talent within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment data and produce reports on activities to provide insights into sourcing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment processes.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your recruiting skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience or coursework in the Recruiting/Sourcing field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with development languages and frameworks is a plus.
  • Fluency in English for effective international communication.
  • A distinct LinkedIn profile showcasing your professional presence.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
