Records Management Specialist - Federal Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Records Management Specialist to join InfiniSource Consulting Solutions. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with federal records management laws and best practices. Your expertise in federal records management will be essential in supporting our clients in the government sector.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the development and implementation of contract tasks related to records management.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and agency staff.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Manage records inventories and disposition schedules for electronic and paper-based records.
• Respond to agency inquiries regarding records and assist in the retrieval of retired files.
• Coordinate document scanning services for small-scale projects.
• Support management tasks within various document management systems.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• At least 5 years of experience in a federal records management environment.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess a Secret-level security clearance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Electronic Records Archives (ERA) and Info Keeper systems.
• Knowledge of federal compliance regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
