Quality Assurance Manager - Remote Role at Crypto.com

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Quality Assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards. As a key player in our organization, you will be involved in designing various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle.
• Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracy.
• Establish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practices.
• Manage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Knowledge of security testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
