Public Area Attendant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our team at Temecula Creek Inn. This role is essential for maintaining impeccable levels of cleanliness, order, and safety in all public areas, food and beverage outlets, restrooms, and offices. As a Public Area Attendant remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine environment.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public spaces and executive offices.
• Provide towels and ensure cleanliness at the pool area.
• Complete general cleaning tasks and projects as assigned by management.
• Assist in fulfilling guest requests promptly.
• Maintain public area and employee restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure adequate supplies of soap and paper products are available.
• Report maintenance concerns to management for timely repairs.
• Provide a secure environment for guests and employees by ensuring all guest rooms are locked and keys are maintained according to procedures.

Requirements

• Basic English proficiency to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in task management.
• Safety-minded with high-quality standards for service.
• Courteous and respectful with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to handle and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 250 lbs.
• Flexibility to adapt to new standards and changes in policy.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of chemical labels and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to operate an electric golf cart safely.
