• Utilize tools such as GoHighLevel and ClickUp for effective task management and communication.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the patient experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement best practices.
• Assist in reporting and data maintenance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Engage in troubleshooting and system management to support provider operations.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in operations support or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with customer feedback analysis and value-based care initiatives.
• Knowledge of clinical care management and patient coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in healthcare operations is a plus.
