About the Role

We are seeking a talented Project Planner to join our team at TechnipFMC. This Project Planner role offers the opportunity to work remotely while being integral to the planning and scheduling of oil and gas projects. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining project planning systems, ensuring that schedules and progress forecasts are reliable and accurate.

What You'll Do

  • Take overall responsibility for the creation, maintenance, and close-out of project plans.
  • Establish project plans for the execution of work, covering schedule, manpower, and progress, in accordance with TechnipFMC's standard planning methods.
  • Regularly update project plans based on input from the project organization.
  • Monitor and analyze progress, schedule, and manpower, assisting in analyzing cost/margin against baseline and current plans.
  • Prepare and maintain forecast schedules, initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Report in accordance with contract and TechnipFMC's standard reporting procedures.
  • Review and participate in the preparation of Variation Order Requests, implementing accepted Variation Orders regarding schedule, manpower, and cost plans.
  • Prepare internal and external project reports, including milestone completion.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accuracy of schedules and their impact on the overall project schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 4 years of hands-on planning experience in the oil and gas project environment.
  • Proficiency in using Primavera, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Strong workload management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English.
