Project Officer - Remote Position at NATO
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Officer to join NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA). This Project Officer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support innovative projects and initiatives that enhance defense and security across the NATO Alliance.
What You'll Do
- Support the Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV) Team by managing complex information and ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Develop and maintain structured processes for data management related to DIANA’s Test Centre Network.
- Manage the TEVV CRM, ensuring that Test Centre profiles and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TEVV-related activities.
- Aggregate and analyze program performance data, reporting insights and proposing evidence-based mitigation options.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth TEVV processes and effective communication.
- Support other DIANA initiatives and projects as required.
- Perform any other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in project management or data management.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM software such as MS Project and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Experience in producing data-driven reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (Advanced) and a basic understanding of French.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a multinational environment.
- Experience in roles involving information governance or digital operations is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with NATO bodies or national defense organizations.
- Knowledge of NATO institutional frameworks and policies.
- Experience in grant administration or supporting funding review panels.
