Project Manager - Remote Contract Position in DeFi

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Re7 Capital, a London-based crypto-asset investment firm. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management to drive the delivery of key initiatives across our business, particularly focusing on leading flagship programs and high-priority projects. As a Project Manager - Remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to institutional standards.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a key strategic project, from detailed planning and structuring to launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution to keep delivery on schedule.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including potential vault launches, DeFi integrations, governance upgrades, and other initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
• Act as the central coordination point across cross-functional teams, enabling efficient execution while maintaining discipline around scope, risk management, and quality.
• Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and accountability across workstreams.
• Continuously improve project workflows, documentation, and delivery processes to support scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a project management or similar position within TradFi, DeFi, or crypto.
• Strong experience delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong working understanding of blockchain infrastructure and on-chain lending, borrowing, or liquid staking.
• Passionate about blockchain and the evolving landscape of on-chain financial innovation.
• Strong grasp of risk management principles, particularly in financial or crypto-native environments.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Clear, concise communicator able to explain complex concepts with ease.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
