Project Controller /​ Scheduler - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Controller / Scheduler - Remote Opportunity to join our dynamic team at MIGSO-PCUBED. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the scheduling, financial health, and overall performance of projects. This position allows you to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects for some of the largest companies globally.

What You'll Do

• Schedule Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as necessary to avoid delays.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor project progress and milestones, developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
• Tools and Systems Management: Optimize the use of project management tools such as ERP, Primavera, and MS Project.

Requirements

• Experience in project scheduling, planning, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• A relevant qualification such as APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2, or PMP is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
