Program Associate II - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Associate II to join our team remotely at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of program services by coordinating activities and providing essential administrative and communication support. As a Program Associate II, you will play a crucial part in improving lives and nourishing spirits through our mission-driven initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the implementation and coordination of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation, managing schedules, and organizing meetings and events.
• Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and community partners to ensure a smooth flow of information and services.
• Participate in outreach efforts to promote program services and engage with the community.
• Collaborate with program staff to collect and analyze data related to program performance and client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field of study.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field of study.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrates effective communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have
