What You'll Do
- Identify and develop service opportunities and supporting business cases to meet client objectives.
- Craft proposals, statements of work, and change orders, collaborating with sales and legal teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of engagements according to the defined scope of work.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer executives, fostering trustful relationships to drive services expansion.
- Forecast and anticipate changes in booking numbers to support business planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years in a sales or services-related role.
- 3+ years of experience selling professional services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
