Production Worker - Tea & Sweetener Products

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team at Teekanne, a leading family-owned company in the tea production industry. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our tea and sweetener products. This position is based in Salzburg, Austria, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor our tea packaging machines to ensure smooth production.
• Manufacture and fill sweetener products under the brand Kandisin.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Efficiently clean production equipment and prepare machines for the next production run.
• Communicate with colleagues from different shifts to maintain continuous 24-hour production.
• Initiate and perform analytical tests on sweeteners as required.
• Transport raw materials and packaging to production lines.
• Record quantities in SAP for finished goods and raw material consumption.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in production roles.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
• Experience in food processing industries is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and responsible work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to various production tasks.
