Production Specialist - Semiconductor Manufacturing (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Carry wafers in small containers called pods throughout the production area to ensure production targets are met.
• Work in a clean room environment wearing clean room garments to protect the wafers from outside particles.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks requiring lifting, bending, and long periods of standing and walking over a 12-hour shift.
• Navigate the production area, potentially walking up to 12 miles per shift.
• Participate in a structured shift schedule that includes 4 days on/3 days off one week and 3 days on/4 days off the following week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment and production environment is preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust.
• Good time management skills and able to adjust priorities as needed.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

• Starting base pay of $22.25 per hour, with a salary range of $19.35 - $26.15.
