Production Operator I - Bakery Manufacturing (Remote)

About the Role

As a Production Operator I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

What You'll Do

• Operate automated production equipment and assist in diagnosing machinery failures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Master the use of Enterprise software for data input and retrieval impacting production and financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
• Perform duties related to various job assignments, including pan machine operation, divider operation, and coating/prep control.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of a technical certification course preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Ability to work as part of a highly functioning team.
• Demonstrated competency in on-the-job activities affecting product safety and quality.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety rules and GMPs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with baking or food production processes.
• Technical certifications related to food safety or machinery operation.
