Graphic Designer Apprentice - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Apprentice to join our Global Internal Communications & Engagement team at A2MAC1. This Graphic Designer Apprentice remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute creatively to our internal communication projects while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and international environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce visual materials for internal communication projects, including posters, email banners, and social media visuals.
• Develop visual content that aligns with the company’s graphic charter and ensures aesthetic quality and coherence.
• Create and edit videos using PlayPlay, from capture to final editing, to support internal communication initiatives.
• Contribute to the modernization of PowerPoint templates for internal meetings and continuously improve the look and feel of the intranet.
• Participate in updating the intranet and publishing internal articles, supporting the organization of activities and events at the Boulogne headquarters.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and actively participate in internal communication projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, or Communication.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in design and/or communication.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Figma (or equivalent) and Canva; experience in UX or animation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and aesthetic composition.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to learn in an international environment.
