About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Process & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at HELLA. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our global operations while working from the comfort of your home. As a Finance Process & Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and monitoring the Global Accounts Payable (AP) Process.

What You'll Do

• Actively participate in the development and monitoring of the Global AP Process.
• Ensure the accurate worldwide application of AP data, analyze deviations, and propose process improvements.
• Support local entities in AP processes and policies.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies, including the creation of end-user manuals.
• Maintain and strengthen global standardization and internal controls within the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business.
• Previous experience with SAP is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable function.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
