Workflow Support Leader - Remote Position at Flight Centre
About the Role
We are seeking a Workflow Support Leader - Remote to oversee our Level 2 and Level 3 support teams managing corporate workflow systems. In this role, you will be the owner for EMEA, executing escalations and strategies in alignment with global guidance. You will need to troubleshoot effectively, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have an impeccable understanding of our FCTG system and the strategy surrounding support. This position provides support to both internal and external users.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.
- Execute escalations and strategies in line with global guidance.
- Provide troubleshooting support for corporate workflow systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate solutions to complex support issues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GDS’s and processes.
- Utilize online booking tools to enhance user experience.
- Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience at Flight Centre or 2 years of external Business Travel experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDS’s and processes.
- Experience with online booking tools.
- Proven success in previous roles related to support.
- Strong troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of corporate travel management strategies.

- Experience in a leadership role within a support environment.
- Familiarity with travel management software.
- Additional certifications in customer service or support.
