  • Set and monitor sales budgets for product categories.
  • Ensure excellent service and quality in product offerings through collaboration with local teams.
  • Motivate and develop your team, balancing workloads effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Product Development, Buying, or Design.
  • Experience working with the UK market is essential.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of Woven and Jersey products.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong background in design or product development.
  • Exceptional planning and prioritization skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
