Product Manager - Wealth and Asset Management Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - Wealth and Asset Management Solutions to join Anchorage Digital's innovative team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in transforming how financial institutions manage and service digital assets. As a key member of our Wealth and Asset Management Solutions (WAMS) team, you will help shape the future of finance by enabling institutions to offer crypto products and services while adhering to the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Drive the growth of our ledgerized service infrastructure, leveraging Anchorage's institutional-grade custody platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into scalable products that facilitate institutional crypto adoption.
• Utilize your deep product thinking and understanding of both traditional finance and digital assets to build solutions that bridge these worlds.
• Lead product strategy independently, taking full ownership of product roadmap development and execution.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to drive product development and resolve project blockers proactively.
• Communicate product goals and status updates throughout the organization, fostering collaboration across Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams.
• Educate team members on products and client needs, driving consensus and shared understanding through clear communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving high-impact products from concept to market leadership.
• Practical knowledge of banking and capital markets, including OTC and exchange trading, settlements, or clearing.
• Strong work experience with blockchain technology and on-chain transactions.
• Background in engineering, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing smart contracts or developing dApps.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions.
