About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Product Manager - Retail to join our team at Oysho. As a Product Manager - Retail, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose enhancements to product offerings and strategies based on market behavior and sales profiles.
• Manage stock levels and monitor rotation objectives to ensure optimal inventory management.
• Collaborate with store managers and area managers to gather feedback on sales performance and product effectiveness.
• Communicate product insights to the Purchasing team to align supply with demand.
• Identify specific needs for each store and adjust product offerings accordingly.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the retail sector.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong strategic vision and data analysis skills focused on results.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of retail dynamics.
