• Engage with users and support agents to analyze feedback and improve the product continuously.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Entrepreneur building consumer web or mobile products.
• Understanding of Agile software development principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong visual aptitude to understand user needs.
• Open-minded and growth-oriented with a strong commitment to user advocacy.
• A proven team player with excellent communication skills.
