Product Manager - Blockchain Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - Blockchain Solutions (Remote) to join our team at Anchorage Digital. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development of our blockchain products, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of institutional clients in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and lead the execution of our roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day management of our blockchain product team, ensuring alignment with project goals and ownership of deliverables.
• Define product requirements and roadmap in collaboration with agile scrum teams, focusing on blockchain integrations.
• Research and develop on-chain solutions that provide value to protocol foundations and institutional investors.
• Write high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that are clear and actionable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to educate them on product needs and updates.
• Adapt communication strategies to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and manage complex projects across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements while building new products.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, preferably in blockchain or Web3.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Strong technical background, ideally with experience in engineering or software development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions aligned with strategic goals.
• Empathy and adaptability to complement diverse working styles.
• Passion for optimizing end-user experiences to create business value.
• Bonus: Experience writing smart contracts or developing dApps.

Nice to Have

• Background in finance or related fields.
