As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that help underserved individuals access credit and financial services. What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences, owning the full design process from research and discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that simplify complex financial problems into clear user flows.
• Evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Utilize data, user research, and experimentation to continuously validate and improve designs.
• Apply AI to supercharge your craft, enhancing upfront research, competitive analysis, and rapid low-fidelity exploration of concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and customer experience teams to iterate on designs.
• Partner with engineering to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing applications.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Storybook, Figma, and Framer.
• Strong ability to translate complex problems into clear, intuitive user flows.
• Experience with design systems and component-based UI.
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and using data to inform design decisions.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.

• Experience using AI tools to create interactive prototypes for testing ideas.
