What You'll Do

• Streamline and scale the product design practice across regulated brands and markets.
• Partner with the VP of Design and Design Leads to define planning, feedback, and delivery rituals.
• Build dashboards for design performance, capacity, and efficiency.
• Support major product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure workflows align with medical governance and patient safety standards.
• Manage design tooling, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Improve the designer experience through onboarding, mentorship, and community programs.
• Act as a connector between design, product, engineering, and clinical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DesignOps, Product Design, or Program Management.
• Experience scaling design operations across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in regulated or complex product environments.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design systems.
• Experienced with tools like Figma, Asana, Jira, Airtable, and Miro.
• Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve team performance.
• Skilled facilitator and communicator across multiple disciplines.
• Passionate about improving team health, collaboration, and designer experience.
