Procurement Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Binance

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. In this role, you will support vendor onboarding and procurement operations across various indirect categories, ensuring compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation, due diligence review, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Assist with daily procurement operations across indirect categories such as technology, professional services, marketing, HR, and legal.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, assessment, and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations with vendors based on market information, covering price, quantity, delivery plans, and SLAs.
• Contribute to process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance in procurement operations.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, and procurement documentation tracking.
• Assist in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to strengthen procurement awareness across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in indirect procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Results-oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting firms is a plus.
