Principal UX Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal UX Designer to join our innovative team at DEPT®. This remote opportunity allows you to work with a diverse group of talented individuals while making a significant impact on user experience design. As a Principal UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with client project leads to develop concepts and strategies.
• Iterate and design new and existing solutions using a predefined design language and system.
• Present your ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Implement and define UX best practices based on research findings.
• Create prototypes for rapid research testing and design QA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, and design systems.
• Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• In-depth understanding of web best practices and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
