About the Role

We are seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team at SATCON Inc. This remote position focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for contact center intelligence. You will be instrumental in driving automation and enhancing customer experiences through advanced AI technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
  • Integrate advanced NLP techniques and machine learning frameworks to enhance contact center operations.
  • Work with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Optimize AI systems for key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for responsible AI development.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP and conversational systems.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with cloud-native services and MLOps tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with contact center platforms like Genesys or Salesforce.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or relevant publications.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices.
