About the Role
We are seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team at SATCON Inc. This remote position focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for contact center intelligence. You will be instrumental in driving automation and enhancing customer experiences through advanced AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
- Integrate advanced NLP techniques and machine learning frameworks to enhance contact center operations.
- Work with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize AI systems for key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for responsible AI development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP and conversational systems.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud-native services and MLOps tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred.

- Experience with contact center platforms like Genesys or Salesforce.
- Contributions to open-source projects or relevant publications.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices.
