Preschool Summer Camp Teacher - Seasonal Position

About the Role

Are you ready for the best Summer ever? We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and engaging Preschool Summer Camp Teachers to join our celebrated Summer Camp program. This Preschool Summer Camp Teacher remote position offers you the chance to spend your Summer providing a fun, safe, and exciting learning environment for children ages 1-5, while enjoying full-time hours and pay without working nights or weekends!

What You'll Do

• Create a safe and positive classroom environment that promotes learning through open-ended activities.
• Implement the age-appropriate grab-and-go curriculum to nurture and stimulate all domains of the children’s development.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive relationship with parents through formal and informal communication on a daily and weekly basis.
• Foster and develop relationships with other teaching team members, including co-teachers.
• Gear the program towards the needs of individual children taking into account interests, challenges, talents, and individual learning styles.
• Accompany children to and from the swimming pool several times a week and provide adequate supervision.
• Assist with the supervision of afternoon staff or volunteers in the classroom.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, carrying, and repetitive motions.
