About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to CEO - Remote to support our executive leadership team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Help organize company events and meetings, ensuring all details are handled smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare administration or executive support.
