What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on local Persian market trends and user behaviors.
- Optimize the product localization experience by enhancing user experience for Persian-language products.
- Participate in the design of product processes, visual presentation, and content optimization.
- Conduct cultural sensitivity reviews to ensure product alignment with local culture.
- Assist in market, product, and user research to analyze competitors' localization strategies.
- Track local industry dynamics and report on competitors' localization updates.
- Monitor changes in cryptocurrency-related regulations and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support superiors in various tasks related to localization operations in the Persian-speaking region.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Persian with English communication skills.
- Familiarity with local culture and market environment, with a strong interest in Web3 and cryptocurrency.
- Experience as a cryptocurrency trader, preferably with contract trading experience.
- Innovative thinking and initiative to propose novel ideas in localization growth strategies.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Availability to work 5 days a week to ensure efficient task completion.
