Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in creative strategy or demand generation roles.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through experimentation and data analysis.
• Experience with creative testing frameworks and modular content development.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data into actionable creative insights.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and their application in marketing.
• Deep understanding of paid social and video platforms.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-vertical environment.
