- Contribute to the effective allocation of department resources.
- Provide occupational, recreational, music, or art therapy services to patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy).
- Knowledge of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment.
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in volatile situations.
