About the Role

We are looking for a People Partner to join us remotely! This role is a hands-on individual contributor position that combines end-to-end hiring with broad HR generalist and people partnering responsibilities. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees across the organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping the company scale in a fast-moving, regulated, and high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment for selected roles across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Act as a trusted People Partner to business teams, advising managers on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and day-to-day people matters.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring priorities in line with business needs.
  • Manage and continuously improve core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, employee documentation, and HR systems.
  • Support the rollout and communication of HR policies, processes, and people programs, ensuring alignment with Singapore employment legislation.
  • Partner with leadership on people initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement efforts, and organizational changes.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, with hands-on recruitment experience as part of the role.
  • Experience in startups, fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology environments with 0 to 1 implementation of system/projects/policies is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment-related regulations and practices.
  • Additional experience in SEA labor legislation or hiring practices is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (ATS, HRIS, Payroll…).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise and the ability to balance operational execution.

  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.
