Customer Service Planning and Control Analyst - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Planning and Control Analyst to join our team at EDP, a global energy company dedicated to renewable energies. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of leading the energy transition while working in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Planning and Management Control activities, focusing on budgeting and the preparation of the Business Plan.
- Manage monthly financial close processes and run product costing models to ensure cost transparency.
- Prepare performance monitoring reports and analyze budget variances.
- Automate manual processes using available tools to drive efficiency and improve the reliability of management information.
- Monitor key cost-reduction initiatives within the Directorate that support the organization’s budgetary objectives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer care contracts.
- Analyze contractual change requests and develop proposals to amend existing contractual arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in planning and control and financial areas.
- Experience in consulting or financial auditing is valued.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (mandatory), and PowerBI (preferred).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
