Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR management role.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR management systems and predictive assessment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
