People Development Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated People Development Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will focus on enhancing employee performance and engagement through effective development strategies. As a People Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce, ensuring that our employees have the tools and support they need to thrive.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement innovative people development programs that align with our strategic goals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
• Utilize feedback cycles to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Support career path development initiatives to foster employee growth and retention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in people development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, and Kanvas.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP systems and ABAP programming.
• Knowledge of AI development and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in nonprofit or fundraising environments.
