People Business Partner - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our team at ClearCaptions, a leading provider of communication solutions for seniors. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while making a significant impact on the lives of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to execute people strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance coaching and conflict resolution, managing the entire employee relations case cycle.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring thorough and objective investigations.
• Facilitate core people programs such as goal setting and performance evaluations within designated business units.
• Support leaders in identifying and developing employee strengths, enhancing team effectiveness and engagement.
• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR solutions.
• Develop and apply company policies and labor laws to ensure compliance and fairness.
• Track and report people metrics to inform business decisions and support workforce analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a People Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting remote workforces in a multi-state environment.
• Strong preference for previous support in an HRBP capacity for contact/service center employee populations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
