People Advisory Manager - Remote Opportunity at Glovo

About the Role

We are seeking a People Advisory Manager - Remote to join our team at Glovo. In this role, you will manage a team based in Barcelona while coordinating with legal points of contact across 22 countries where we operate. You will be part of the Legal leadership team, evaluating people and labor risks associated with our business operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the People Advisory function, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and best practices.
• Assist the People department in adapting business strategies to local regulations.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with labor and people matters.
• Foster a culture of compliance and awareness among Glovo employees.
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a multinational context.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting complex information clearly.
• Drive results through analytical and critical thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputable law firm.
• Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain; a Master in Labor Law is preferable.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Proven expertise in labor law and people management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with senior management in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
